Chance York is a second-year doctoral student and graduate research assistant at Louisiana State University's Manship School of Mass Communication and Public Affairs. He studies the effects of political communication and news media on public perceptions of reality, more specifically, public perceptions of social, political, economic, scientific, religious, and health-related realities. Currently, he assists Dr. Bruce Hardy.
